The club is trialling running the monthly General meeting on Saturdays so that more people are able to attend.

The constitution states that all members need to attend at least two General meetings per year and we're hoping this change to Saturday will allow more members to be able to do this.

Welcome to the Western Australian Lapidary and Rock Hunting Club a non-profit organisation which has been active since 1957, and is located at 31-35 Gladstone Road, Rivervale, 6103, Western Australia.

Our club is involved in collecting, identifying, classifying and displaying beautiful rocks and minerals and crafted items and is an absorbing and fascinating hobby and opens up a way of life that is healthy, informative and full of interest and is an ideal way to make new friends and experience new horizons.

Participating members of the club are involved in crafting minerals for pleasure from material that they themselves may have found. They also enjoy journeys into the country, at times off the beaten track, to be involved in rockhunts.
